ABSTRACT

Objective:To test whether the fear-avoidance beliefs (FAB) of nursing staff in a hospital in Shanghai have a mediating effect between neck pain and quality of life. Methods:The cross-sectional survey method was used to obtain the general information, neck pain, FAB and quality of life scores of the subjects. The mediating effect analysis was used to verify potential mediating effect of FAB on neck pain and quality of life. Results:A total of 103 valid questionnaires were collected, 60 (58.25%,60/103) in the neck pain group and 43 (41.75%, 43/103) in the pain-free group. The independent sample T test found that the FABQ score was higher in the pain group than in the pain-free group ( P<0.05). The quality of life score was lower in the pain-free group, and the between-group difference of physical component summary (PCS) was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). The results of pearson correlation analysis showed a negative correlation between FABQ and quality of life scores ( rFABQ1-PCS=-0.32, rFABQ2-PCS=-0.34, rFABQ1-MCS=-0.20, rFABQ2-MCS=-0.32, P<0.05). Both Physical Activity Fear Avoidance Belief (FABQ-1) and Work Fear Avoidance Belief (FABQ-2) have a complete mediating effect between neck pain and PCS. The mediating effect magnitude of FABQ-1 was 0.575, and the mediating effect of FABQ-2 was 0.552. The mediating effect magnitude of FABQ-1 was enlarged and FABQ-2 was reduced after adding age as a covariate in the mediating effect analysis. The mediating effect of FABQ-1 was 0.601, and the mediating effect magnitude of FABQ-2 was 0.501. Conclusion:The fear avoidance belief of nursing staff in a hospital in Shanghai presents a complete mediating effect between neck pain and quality of life, and the mediating effect of Physical Activity Fear Avoidance Belief is stronger with age but the mediating effect of Work Fear Avoidance Belief is weaker.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the effect of Antivirus Compound Capsule in protecting liver and reducing enzyme level in chronic type B hepatitis and acute hepatic injury caused by D-GlaN.Methods Mice model was established by intraperitoneal injecting of D-GlaN 800mg/Kg.The level of ALT and AST was obviously increased after 48hours.Pathological test proved to be acute liver cell damage.Clinically 117 cases of chronic hepatitis B was recruited into a control group(57 cases)and a treatment group(60 cases). The treatment group was treated with Antivims Compound Capsule and Silymarin tablet, and the control group was treated with Silymarin tablet.Besides, both groups were infused with diammonium Compound Capsule Can obviously reduce level of AST(P<0.001、<0.01、<0.01、<0.001);Three dosage levels of Antivirus Compound Capsule can obviously reduce the degree hepatic pathological changes caused by D-GlaN induced(P<0.01、<for the treatment group andtlle control group) between the two groups with P>0.02.while there was obvious difference of negative conversion rate of AST.[92.98%(53/57)and 78.9%(45/57)for the treaunent group and the consul group]between the two groups with P<0.01.Conclusion Antivirus Compound Capsule is effective in protecting liver and reducing enzyme level of patients with chronic hepatitis B and acute hepatic injury caused bv D-GlaN.

ABSTRACT

PurposeTo compare measures of coronary flow reserve by an intracoronary Doppler guide wire with results of dipyridamole emission computed tomographic 201T1/ 99m Tc-sestamibi myocardial imaging(SPECT).MethodsThe coronary blood flow velocity were measured by Cardiometrics Flomap Ⅱ and 0. 014 or 0. 018 inches Doppler flowire in 27 patients (55 arteries) with coronary angiography. 8 patients (19 arteries )without underlying diseases of coronary microvascular lesions were studied as the normal control. The proximal and distal average peak velocity (APV), diastolic/systolic velocity ratio (DSVR), CFR and proximal/distal velocity ratio (P/DVR) were measured. The results were compared with that of SPECT before angiography. ResultsAccording to the CFR measured by Doppler fiowire, the arteries were divided into two groups:Group A, consisted of 33 arteries with CFR > 2.0. Group B consistedof 22 arteries with CFR≤2.0. CFR of group A was significantly higher than that of group B (P< 10 - 7). Among 22 arteries with abnormal CFR, SPECT could detect 16. Among 33 arteries with normal CFR, all arteries except 2 showed normal SPECT. With intracoronary Doppler flowire as reference, the sensitivity and specificity of dipyridamole SPECT were 72.73 % and 93.94 %. With results of dipyridamole SPECT as reference, the sensitivity and specificity of intracoronary Doppler CFR were 88.89% and 83.78%. Their conformability rate was 85.45%.Conclusions In evaluating coronary reserve function, results of dipyridamole SPECT was rather conformable to measures of intracoronary Doppler CFR, but they cannot be replaced each other.
